We are seeking a Deputy Headteacher to work alongside the Headteacher in providing strategic and operational leadership across Earley Springs School, ensuring high standards of education, safeguarding, SEND provision and compliance with the Independent School Standards.
The Deputy Headteacher will play a key role in school improvement, curriculum implementation, quality assurance, staff development and the effective day-to-day running of the school.
